What is CVE-2026-1532?

CVE-2026-1532 is a path traversal flaw in DCS-700L. The product fails to canonicalize or restrict file paths supplied by a remote caller, so .. sequences or absolute paths reach restricted parts of the filesystem. Vendor description: A vulnerability was identified in D-Link DCS-700L 1.03.09. The affected element is the function uploadmusic of the file /setUploadMusic of the component Music File Upload Service.

Why this CVE matters
