What is CVE-2026-8783?

CVE-2026-8783 is a denial of service flaw in amf. A crafted request triggers a code path that crashes or hangs the service, taking the product offline for legitimate users. Vendor description: A security vulnerability has been detected in omec-project amf up to 2.1.3-dev. This impacts the function UERadioCapabilityCheckResponse of the file ngap/dispatcher.go.
